The mistake could have led to clashes and an increase in tensions, but a re-check of the information by a human agent prevented the outbreak of a confrontation.

He added that there is still no comprehensive solution to prevent such errors, and that in sensitive applications, especially in military contexts, human review and verification are necessary.
