Mark Montgomery’s warning: The U.S. underestimates the axis of Iran, Russia, China, and North Korea

🔸The strategic cooperation that has been expanding between China, Russia, Iran, and North Korea in recent years has become one of the most important security challenges facing the United States and its allies.

🔸Admiral Mark Montgomery and his two colleagues, Bradley Bowman and Elaine Dzenskі, in a book they have recently published titled “Axis of Aggressors,” have documented more than 600 examples of cooperation among these four authoritarian governments. According to the authors, this cooperation is not limited to the military sphere and also involves technology, the economy, and cyberspace.

🔸Mark Montgomery, senior manager of the “Center for Innovation in Technology and Cyber Security,” and senior researcher at the “Foundation for Defense of Democracies,” believes that Western countries still underestimate both the real dimensions of this convergence and the dangers arising from it.

🔸Radio Free Europe/Radio Liberty spoke with Montgomery about the war in Ukraine, Iran, the possibility of multiple conflicts occurring simultaneously, and the readiness of the U.S. Army for such a scenario.
