Marad Vaisi, Iran International senior analyst, said: “Some government offices have taken steps to distribute installment meat among their employees, and this is one of the signs of worsening economic conditions in Iran. Who could have imagined that one day, in a wealthy and fertile country like Iran, installment meat would become something offered on credit and as an incentive for employees of government offices? This could be a sign of the stage before a famine.”
