🔻Manchester City has reached an agreement with this French club to sign Iub Bouaddi, the 18-year-old Lille midfielder and Morocco international. According to a report by The Athletic, the value of this transfer is €95 million as a base, with a further €5 million also set aside as potential bonuses.

🔹Bouaddi will sign a contract with Manchester City through 2031, and his deal also includes a clause for a one-year extension. The transfer has been finalized while City, before this, had already sold Rodri to Barcelona in the summer for an initial fee of €60 million. Bernardo Silva also left after his contract ended, and Tijani Reinders has joined Al-Qadsiah.

🔹Bouaddi was one of Morocco’s key players at the 2026 World Cup, and in five of the team’s six matches on the way to reaching the quarterfinals, he started. In Morocco’s 1-1 draw against Brazil, he also had the most touches of the ball among players on his team.
