Majid Parsa, director-general of education and training for Tehran, announced that the activities of so-called “homeschool” centers, or home schooling, in the form of a “non-legal” school are illegal, and that legal action will be taken against them if these centers are identified.

He added: “If these centers are identified, we will take action against them and refer the matter to the relevant authorities, including the Real Estate/Places Office; in some cases, these spaces have even been sealed.”
