Less than a week remains until the U.S. midterm elections; an election that could affect Donald Trump’s calculations about the possibility of attacking the Islamic Republic again.

At the same time as reports about reviewing military options after the election, the question arises whether Trump is postponing the decision about war until the outcome of the election, and to what extent a possible Democratic victory in Congress could affect the path of military confrontation with Tehran?
