Latest status of counting votes in Israel’s parliamentary election (Knesset): A tight race on the verge of halfway

With counting completed on about 42% of all ballot boxes in Israel’s nationwide election, the initial results and estimates of seats for political blocs indicate a very tight and fragile race: Benajmin Netanyahu’s bloc: 53 seats

Opposition bloc: 48 seats

Arab parties: 16 seats

Note: Vote counting (especially special ballot boxes and soldiers’ ballots) is still ongoing, and final results will be confirmed in the coming days.
