Kan, Israel’s state network, citing the country’s Central Elections Committee, announced that the counting of all votes in the parliamentary election, including the votes of the two ballots, has been completed.

Based on the vote-count results, the coalition of Benjamin Netanyahu is leading the parliamentary election with 53 seats, but has been unable to reach the 61-seat threshold required to form a government. Parties opposed to Netanyahu won 48 seats, and the Arab parties also won 19 seats.

Within Netanyahu’s coalition, the Likud party, with 27 seats, gained the largest share. Among the opposition, Yesh Atid, led by Gadi Eisenkot, won 21 seats; the Yesh Atid–New Hope coalition led by Naftali Bennett won 12 seats; Democrats won eight seats; and Israel Beiteinu won seven seats.

Among Arab parties, the joint list won 11 seats, and the Ra’am party won eight seats.
