Ismail Bigi’s brother, a dead protester, in response to Masoud Pezeshkian’s remarks at the United Nations, asked him: “On what authority and with which document did you call my brother and the children of Iran armed terrorists? He only went to be the voice of his fellow citizens. For what crime was he targeted by your sniper(s) and killed?”
In this message, he emphasized that his brother had neither weapons, nor did he destroy any place, nor did he hit anyone; rather, he only went to be “the voice of his fellow citizens.”
Jaavidenam Bigi’s brother added: “We will not forget that that night, without the protesters even beating their own opponents, they were shot, and your officers spilled the blood of hundreds of innocent people onto the ground.”
Ismail Bigi Ehghani, 54, a father of two children, was killed on the evening of Dey 19 at the intersection of Simin in Isfahan when a bullet hit his heart.
According to people close to him, Bigi was targeted by snipers stationed on the roof of a half-finished building on Simin Street.
Citizens transferred him to Milad Hospital in Isfahan, but due to the severity of his injuries, he died.
