🔻Iran’s Foreign Minister Abbas Araqchi says that if the war continues, Iranian forces will target “any U.S. target in the region,” from bases and facilities to the locations where its forces are gathered.

Mr. Araqchi said, during a meeting with guests of the International Islamic Unity conference, that Iran had also informed regional countries beforehand that if the United States carried out an attack, the bases and targets of that country in the region would be met with Iran’s response.

He described U.S. and Israeli attacks on Iran as “an illegitimate aggression” and Iran’s attacks as “legitimate defense,” and claimed that the recent war showed that countries in the region cannot rely on the United States to ensure their security.

The Iranian foreign minister also said that Iran’s missile capability in the recent war “passed its test well,” and claimed that the United States and Israel were unable to counter Iran’s missiles.
