🔸 Images have been obtained by Radio Farda showing the lighting of a candle at the grave of Parisa Javan, among the victims of the protests in Dey.

🔸 Parisa (Maryam) Javan, died in Mashhad on Dey 18 due to a bullet striking her head.

‏🔸 Parisa Javan was the mother of two children and was born on Dey 10, 1372, and worked as a beautician.

‏🔸 On Dey 18, in front of the Aliyeh Street police station in Mashhad, she was targeted by a military bullet from behind and died.

‏🔸 In Parisa Javan’s death certificate, the cause of death is written as “impact of hard or sharp objects.”

‏🔸 One of her relatives told Radio Farda that Parisa spoke to her husband by phone at around 11:30 p.m., and said she was on her way home, but did not arrive; for four days, the family went to hospitals, the police, and prisons to get news of her, and in the end her body was found in Behesht-e Razvan in Mashhad, and she was buried there as well.

🔸 At the same time as these images were received, many families of other protest victims honored them by lighting candles at the graves of those who had died in the protests of Dey.
