🔸Syria’s state media report that at least four people were injured as a result of a series of explosions at an army base in the suburbs of Aleppo in the early hours of Monday, 30 Shahrivar.

🔸The cause of the explosions—which, according to Syria’s state news agency, SANA, occurred at an “army base” near the city of Al-‘Eis—is not yet known.

🔸SANA later reported, citing the Ministry of Management of Emergencies and Disasters of Syria, that following the explosion in “a munitions warehouse,” a civilian was injured due to shrapnel.

🔸The report adds that two other civilians also experienced “temporary breathing problems,” and another civilian was injured in a traffic accident while trying to flee the site of the explosion.

🔸According to the report, Syria’s civil defense teams transported the injured and evacuated three families from the site of the blast, and due to the “continuation of explosions” they are still in full readiness.
