🔺Dispatch of 200 students to operational areas; concern over increased militarization of children

▪ Human Rights Activists News Agency (HRANA) reported on Thursday, 9 Mehr, that at least 200 students from Maku County were sent in the framework of a so-called “Rahian-e Noor” (Path of Light) trip to the operational areas of the Iran–Iraq war in northwestern Iran; an action that has once again raised concerns about exposing children to military activities and content in the Islamic Republic.
