Benjamin Netanyahu, the Prime Minister of Israel, said in his first video message after the elections that “extremist Islam” threatens Israel’s security and Jewish identity from both external and internal fronts. He called the Islamic Republic and its proxy groups an external threat, and parties that support terrorism an internal threat.
