Behrooz Mohabi, a member of the Planning and Budget Commission of the parliament, said, criticizing the dependence of Iran’s economy on the United States dollar: “We made the master of a country with which we have hostility.”

He added: “America’s insolence stems from the notion that our vengeful spirit has been weakened.”

This member of parliament also acknowledged that, in terms of resources, Iran “is among the five richest countries in the world.”
