According to The Wall Street Journal, the United States has warned Gulf countries to be prepared for the possibility of launching a military campaign, brief but intense, in Iran after next week’s midterm elections. Washington is also working to strengthen its defenses, supply munitions, and prepare fighter jets and bombers in the region.
