One of Russia’s “Shahed” drones, shot down over Ukraine, ended up as decoration for a local shop.

Based on a speech by Volodymyr Zelensky at the United Nations General Assembly, in the first eight months of 2026 Russia launched more than 63,000 attack drones of various types against Ukraine, and more than 7,700 of them were upgraded drones equipped with jet engines.
