Following the issuance of a direct order by the Office of the President of the United States, senior defense officials emphasized the need to accelerate and achieve unprecedented increases in the production of military weapons.

According to this order, the main focus of the defense industry has been placed on the development and construction of missiles, air defense systems, and hypersonic weapons so that the goal of “securing peace through power” can be achieved.

Pete Hegseth, the U.S. Secretary of War, referring to the release of the country’s industrial capacity and competitive spirit, said that equipping the armed forces for the future is already underway “at the speed of light.”
