The move followed a complaint by the "Martyrs Foundation of Ayatollah Raisi" over an economic blogger’s remarks about Ebrahim Raisi, as well as a researcher’s comments about the dollar price rising to 300,000 tomans and the occurrence of hyperinflation. The judiciary said that this action was taken with the aim of safeguarding public opinion.
