Volodymyr Zelensky, President of Ukraine, criticized new U.S. positions regarding military and intelligence support to Kyiv and said that the Pentagon has delayed the delivery of missiles that Ukraine’s allies have already paid for.

Zelensky also suggested that if Ukraine receives the Patriot air defense interceptors, it would suspend attacks on Russian oil refineries for 30 days.
