The UK Maritime Trade Operations Organization announced that an oil tanker, 11 miles north of Qasb, Oman, was forced to change course by order of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.

According to this report, the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps asked the tanker to change its route and return, and threatened that otherwise it would be targeted.
