◾The U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) rejected a claim by the commander of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps Navy that U.S. forces have pulled back from the Strait of Hormuz, and emphasized that U.S. forces continue to be present in this strategic waterway and in the surrounding waters.
