▪In its latest move against the Islamic Republic, the U.S. Treasury Department included Iran’s auto and rail industries under sanctions, and at the same time placed a number of the largest companies in these two sectors, including Iran Khodro, Saipa, and the Islamic Republic’s Railways Company, on its sanctions list.
