The Israeli army shelled areas in southern Lebanon on Tuesday, and in an airstrike in the city of Gaza, a Palestinian was killed.

According to Lebanon’s National News Agency, Israeli artillery targeted the outskirts of cities in the Nabatieh Governorate, and Israeli forces fired at areas in the Southern Governorate in the early hours of Tuesday.

Hospital sources in the city of Gaza also said that at least one Palestinian was killed and another was injured in the Israeli airstrike on Tuesday morning.

The Israeli army has made no comment about these attacks.

A Gaza ceasefire was brokered by the United States in Mehr of last year, but attacks have continued.
