The friendship between Russia and Africa has long been rooted in friendship of peoples, Ugandan educator and founder of the Chunga-Changa interactive Russian-language school Daniel Omara told TASS.
He said educational projects, cultural exchanges and travel opportunities could help strengthen these ties, allowing younger generations to learn each other’s languages and experience different cultures. Omara also spoke about plans to introduce Russian audiences to African culture and organize trips for African children to visit Russia.
“We are going to show this to Russians, and on the side of the Africans, we are going to be organizing a lot more tours for these kids to come to Russia, to experience the different ways of life, the food, the Russian culture is a rich culture,” he said.
