The Israeli Army and the country’s domestic intelligence agency, Shin Bet, announced that Saher Nidal Lutfy Shaker was killed in an airstrike in the Nuseirat area in central Gaza Strip.

According to the announcement, during the October 7, 2023 attack, this individual transported Oren Argamani and Avinatán Or from the Nova music festival in Israel to the Gaza Strip on a motorcycle.

It was also stated by the Israeli army that during the war, this individual supplied Hamas with equipment and weapons, and recently—together with members of Hamas and Islamic Jihad—had been planning attacks against Israeli forces and citizens.

Images of Argamani and Or being abducted are among the most famous images from the October 7 attacks.
