Alongside efforts to initiate peace talks between Russia and Ukraine, European countries are worried about being left out of the talks process.

Europeans fear that the United States and Russia, in negotiations that are set to be held in Abu Dhabi in the next ten days, will decide on important issues including European security and possible restrictions on NATO without their presence.

Meanwhile, Russian drone attacks on a train station in eastern Ukraine resulted in the deaths of 14 people and injured a number of others.
