Saudi Arabia’s General Authority of Civil Aviation announced on Monday that it has extended the suspension of the operations of King Khalid International Airport in Riyadh.
The authority said that extending the suspension of operations is necessary to complete safety checks and to ensure the operational readiness of the airport facilities.
The agency did not announce the time for the resumption of airport operations.
