Reuters on Tuesday, citing maritime security sources, reported that a cargo ship near the Strait of Hormuz was hit by a projectile, the crew of the ship abandoned it, and one of the sailors is missing.

According to the report, the projectile hit the ship’s engine room and a fire broke out in the crew quarters.
