Reports of an attack on 2 ships in the Strait of Hormuz and near the coasts of Saudi Arabia

Reports published indicate the targeting of 2 ships in the Strait of Hormuz and waters of the Persian Gulf near the coasts of Saudi Arabia.

The United Kingdom Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) said a tanker, at a distance of 68 nautical miles northeast of the Saudi city of Jubail, was damaged as a result of a projectile impact by an unidentified assailant.
