🔻 Ramin Sayar, bodybuilding coach and champion, on the occasion of the 40th birthday of Javidnam Masoud Zaatparvar, has published a video from the former classic physique champion in which he says: «I want to get on a diet, get my body in shape so that on my fortieth birthday I will have a good body. That’s why I decided not to eat non-diet food.»

🔹 Masoud Zaatparvar was killed on the evening of 18 Dey 1404, during the Iranian National Revolution against the Islamic Republic, by a military gunshot from the suppression force of the Islamic Republic’s government.
