Nizar al-Amidi, the President of Iraq, in remarks at the “Baghdad Dialogue” conference, said that this country will not allow its soil to be used to attack any country, and that the possession of weapons only by the government is a national decision based on the constitution and must be carried out without foreign interference or fighting.

Nizar al-Amidi added: “Iraq’s geographic position and its relations with Iran mean that the economic and security consequences of the war will affect the country.”
