Netanyahu on the Islamic Republic:

Look, this is a fanatical and extremist regime. As long as it’s standing, it is trying to rebuild itself; to restart its nuclear program again, to try again to destroy us, and to rebuild Hezbollah and Hamas as well.

To eliminate all of this apparatus, we must overthrow this regime.
