Maritime traffic through the Strait of Hormuz, despite the pause in reciprocal attacks between the United States and the Islamic Republic, remains significantly below the level before the war.

According to data from the shipping intelligence company Kpler, from Monday to Thursday this week, only 33 ships have transited through the Strait of Hormuz; in the same period last week, the figure was 50 vessels. On Thursday as well, only four ships transited this waterway.
