Ahmad Bakhshayesardestani, a member of the Parliament’s National Security and Foreign Policy Commission, said that negotiations between Tehran and Washington about the Strait of Hormuz are being carried out through Oman, and that Muscat is playing the role of intermediary in these talks between the Islamic Republic and the United States.
