Ahead of a fuel price increase, a line has formed to receive gasoline in Karaj; on Sunday night, September 15, a spokesperson for the Islamic Republic of Iran’s government said that the third tier of gasoline pricing would be set at 10,000 tomans starting from 17 Shahrivar at dawn.

The latest increase in fuel prices is taking place while the government of President Trump has significantly intensified economic pressure on the Islamic Republic.
