Israeli President urges parties to accept 'no clear winner', criticizes anti-Arab 'racism'
Israeli President Isaac Herzog has urged political parties to show compromise and goodwill after the country's general election produced no clear winner or majority for either main bloc.
Calling for creativity rather than political deadlock, Herzog said not every campaign promise could be fulfilled and urged parties to put the country's interests first. He also condemned racist remarks targeting Israel's Arab minority, praising Arab citizens' contributions to society and insisting there is no place for racism against any community.
