▪According to this report, the Islamic Republic is carrying out an urgent reconstruction of the Talqān 2 facility within the Parchin complex, and also increasing defensive capabilities around the Kuh-e Kelang facility.

▪Given the Islamic Republic’s lack of cooperation with the International Atomic Energy Agency and the history of nuclear-related activity linked to a military program, the institute described the increase in activity around these facilities as “highly concerning.”
