Hospital sources in Gaza said at least six Palestinians, including an eight-year-old girl, were killed this morning in several areas of the Gaza Strip in fire from Israeli forces.

Based on the same report, one of the people killed died from previous injuries.

A Gaza ceasefire was brokered by the United States last October, but attacks have continued. On Wednesday, Hamas claimed that since the ceasefire, nearly 1,500 Palestinians have been killed and more than 5,000 others have been wounded.
