Hosein Aghayi, a member of Iran International’s editorial board, said that the scope of any possible U.S. operations would depend on Washington’s objectives, ranging from limited attacks targeting the Islamic Republic’s missile and nuclear capabilities to broader operations aimed at forcing the government to surrender or changing the regime.

He also raised the possibility of attacks on military infrastructure and command centers, and carrying out ground operations in the scenario of regime change.
