🔺Financial Times: The IRGC has been investigating attacks on U.S. targets in Europe

◾The Financial Times reported that the Islamic Republic is considering options to attack U.S. military assets in Europe if Washington launches a new escalation. The newspaper cited two sources close to the Iranian government.

◾Based on this report, Islamic Republic forces have been assessing scenarios for attacks on U.S. military installations in southeastern Europe, including in Bulgaria. Cyprus has also been included in the list of possible targets.

◾The focus, however, is on the Bezmer air base in Bulgaria. Sofia has confirmed the temporary deployment of up to eight U.S. KC-135 refueling aircraft and up to 250 military personnel from the United States.
