Fereydoun Nedimi, a senior researcher in defense and security affairs, said that the increase in the number of US aircraft carriers in the region to three vessels is a factor in expanding Donald Trump’s military options against the Islamic Republic.

According to him, this military presence could increase pressure on Tehran and show that Trump is considering a strategic decision regarding Iran’s nuclear program.
