🔻Cristiano Ronaldo, captain of the Portugal national team, confirmed in a message posted on Instagram that, after the press conference by Jorge Jesus and talks with Pedro Proença, he has left the team: «After the press conference of the national team’s head coach and a conversation with the president of the Portuguese Football Federation, I decided to leave the national team camp.»

🔹An hour ago, Marca reported that Cristiano Ronaldo left the Portugal national team camp and is expected to fly to Madrid with his private plane within the next few hours.

🔹Jorge Jesus, at the press conference, had said: «I am the coach and I told the player that he will not play. I will put you on the bench. If I need you for 30 minutes, you play; if not, you don’t play. No player will change my mind; not him, not anyone else in football, and not any president. Never, absolutely nobody.»
