🔻Change in the location of 19 polling stations in Florida due to flooding and unfavorable weather conditions

🔻Florida state election officials announced that, due to flooding in parts of the state, the location of 19 polling stations has been temporarily changed.

Ron DeSantis, the governor of Florida, declared a state of emergency on Monday in several counties. Issuance of this executive order allows election administrators to change the polling location if polling places are unsafe or if access to them is difficult.

Florida’s Emergency Management Agency also said it is sending water pumps, power generators, and other essential equipment to assist flood-hit areas.
