Bahrain’s Ministry of Foreign Affairs, in issuing a statement, condemned “terrorist attacks” against civilians in Saudi Arabia and cited the source of these attacks as Houthi militias supported by the Islamic Republic.

In the statement, the use of indiscriminate projectiles and firing without aim at civilian centers in the Najran region of Saudi Arabia, as well as the wounding of a number of civilians, was described as an act “terrorist.”

The Bahrain Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced that this action has exacerbated dangerous conditions in the region and constitutes an obvious violation of international rules.

Bahrain called for a firm position from the international community to hold the Houthi militias accountable and to dry up their financial and arms resources.
