Ahmadreza Radan, the commander-in-chief of the Islamic Republic’s Law Enforcement Force, said: “I had a problem that I said I cannot attend the Defense Council meeting on 9 Esfand, and Gholamreza Razaian, the head of the Faraĵa Intelligence Organization, attended in my place and was killed.”
