👈 A senior Iranian official to Al Jazeera: A delegation from Qatar arrived in Tehran today in order to hold talks, within the framework of mediation efforts aimed at ensuring security and regional stability.

The Qatari delegation’s trip comes amid rising regional tensions and is part of ongoing consultations between the two countries.

The obstacle to reaching a diplomatic solution is not in the mediation process itself, but stems from Washington’s rejection of our legitimate demands.

Mediation efforts are positive, but they are always met with violations of commitments by the U.S.
