Following confirmations by oil-tanker tracking companies of the resumption of oil exports from Arab countries in the region, the Brent benchmark oil price fell to $96.94, which is about $10 lower than at the beginning of this week.

However, the Brent benchmark oil price is still about $22 higher than the period before the Middle East war.

Mo­r­b­an oil of the UAE, which is used as a benchmark for pricing Middle East oil, has also fallen from about $120 at the beginning of this week to about $102.

West Texas Intermediate oil in the United States is also traded at about $89 as of the time this report was prepared on Thursday morning, Tehran time.
