🔻Mohsen Khalili, the acting manager of Persepolis, said in an interview with the Islamic Republic of Iran’s TV and Radio that he will take his complaint regarding Yaser Asani’s presence in Esteghlal’s lineup in Derby 107 to the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS): “First, we filed a complaint with the Disciplinary Committee; then we will take the complaint to CAS.”

🔹Persepolis filed a complaint after Derby 107 regarding Yaser Asani’s presence in Esteghlal’s lineup. The club claims that, given Esteghlal’s transfer window being closed, the player’s participation in this season’s matches is legally ambiguous.

🔹This comes while, prior to this, the Disciplinary Committee of the Football Federation had announced, in its review of the complaint from several other clubs, that Asani’s participation in matches is not prohibited.
