🔻Tiger Woods, the 50-year-old golf legend, has pleaded to a reckless driving charge in an overturned-car incident, reaching an agreement with prosecutors in the state of Florida. The deal will lead to the original charge of “driving under the influence” being dropped.

🔹Under the agreement, Woods’s driver’s license will be confiscated for five years and he must also pay a $1,000 fine.

🔹Woods was arrested in March after his car collided with a truck. Despite passing a breathalyzer test, he refused to undergo a urine test. Police later found two painkiller tablets in his pocket. Woods said he will take some time away from the professional world to receive treatment and improve his health.

🔹Thomas Bakkadal, the prosecutor in the case, emphasized that Woods was treated like any other citizen.
